A very important part of my visual research is to study the cat himself. Tiggerbush is of unknown breed and origin, having come to his owners as an unwanted kitten. However they suspect that he is of Maine Coon origin. He is quite a large tom cat, and has very thick and bush fur. If the hairs are examined it is also intersting to see that they vary in colour up their length, almost like porcupine quills. This gives him and unusual (and difficult to replicate) colouration. He has unique postures and mannerisms, but he has typical cat anatomy beneath that mass of fur. While I spent time with him, I took many photos, and his owners also provided some.
